Triple Cheezy Puff

Once I made this recipe I found from here, then mom requested me to make it for the Christmas family gathering.
In 30 minutes it's all gone from the serving plates :)
For a non cook like me it surely gave a moral boost to cook...

Ingredients :

- 500 gr ready used puff pastry (I used Edo puff pastry)

Filling : stir together :
- 100 gr Ricotta cheese
- 100 gr cream cheese
- 50 gr sliced almond, crumple

Top coating :
- 1 egg, beat freely
- 50 gr (or more) Parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make :

- Heat oven to 200 C
- Let the puff pastry in a room temperature (follow the package guidance)
- Coat working area and the puff pastry with sprinkling flour, roll the pastry a bit so that it become wider
- Cut puff pastry in 6 x 6 cm around 24 pieces, set aside
- Fill 12 of the puff pastry with 1 tsp of the mixed filling
- Close the pastry with a free of filling pastry
- Press around the pastry with fork till closed tightly
- Spread on top of the pastry with beaten egg
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese
- Oven for about 20 minutes until it expands
- Remove from the oven and enjoy it while it's warm
