Yuhuuu.... now is the time for a girl to play & shop, my most favorite things :)
I've been eying this activity from a magazine I got : Seawalker, had been informed for the price range, quite pricey for my wallet but I was really really curious and have made my mind to do it when I go to Bali. The experience is walking underwater, not like diving as in diving I guess we move like we swim but with all the equipment for enabling to swim in depth, but seawalker is we truly walk. The equipment to use is a special helmet which is really heavy, so heavy that they were put on to us while we have to be part in the water so we that could bear the weight.
The place for Seawalker is at Sanur, to be specific at hotel Puri Santrian, it cost around 500-750K depending on where you buy the ticket :)
After paying or presenting your voucher you would be brought inside for a sitdown of 15 minutes to brief you of what seawalker is, manual/conducts by watching their video and signing a paper about safety and others (the usual legal stuff) oh and then given a bottle of mineral water plus lending us towel and shoes for seawalking.
After changing to usual swimming attire we have to wait for our little boat to bring us to the seawalker plat not far from the hotel beach (still in eye distance).
Then we were given this little vest of foam to guard our body not to be in direct contact with the helmet.
When going down make sure NOT to hold your breath, just breathe as usual, coz if you hold your breath (as my hubby did) you won't merge and keep on floating. And don't look up as water will come inside your helmet.
The current at the time was quite challenging, I was having a bit of a problem walking under water. Thankfully there were 2 divers to accompany us as our leader of the tour to guide us and hubby making sure I was able to walk. When we are at an area with lots of fishes our guide would give us a bottle filled with fish foods so that the fishes would be surrounding us. At the time most of the fish are ikan kakaktua or parrot fish and besides thinking that it was beautiful I was thinking how good they would taste being BBQ-ed

Done with the tour, shower and picking pictures our guide took while we were under water we wanted to keep. Our friend showed us that also on the beach there are water sports available, still being in a playful mood I chose to take Parasailing. It was an experience I'll never forget, the first thug that I have to kept in pace while running and lifted to the air, being all alone on the air while looking down at the sea and the small people on the beach under an the screams I made while the parachute is going down for landing. I had FUN!!! Too bad there were no pictures available only a video but I am not able to upload it here.
Next we are going for shopping, buying souvenirs at Tuban area, the price are fixed price but they are cheap already, the bag I bought at Ubud with haggling is at the same price as the Tuban's shop fixed prices are. Bought some snacks also known from Bali : Kacang Rahayu, kacang disco, too bad we haven't known about Pia legong to reserve them since it is not possible for us to buy without ordering it days before as it is always sold out. After Tuban area shopping we went to Krishna souvenir shop, they have some stores in Bali and it's 24 hours open (not sure if it is for all stores or some only).
Now it's time for dinner, we went to Warung Itali at Jl Kunti - Seminyak area, which serves Italian food at local prices. Luv the food there, you just go right to the counter and choose the foods you wanted or choose from the menu. Next time we go there I want to order their pizza :) What we enjoyed as well at that night was their lemon shellow (I hope I spell it correctly) it was delicious. For sure we will go back there again when we visit Bali.
